So a year ago I got my IUD removed and my OB told me that after 6 months if I am not pregnant then to come in and talk about infertility with her. Since I am in my late 30's and my fiance is in his early 40's. Well we have been trying for most of the year besides 4 months. I am frustrated that it hasn't happened yet. We even have been using Pre-Seed to help us. What are some "home remedies" for possible low sperm count or possibly some to help my body to get pregnant?? If that makes sense.....
