Acne Meds: Doxycycline

I’m nearly 14 and already feel like I have really bad acne. Obviously it’s not severe, but it feels like it is to me, and I’ve been made fun of since I first got it in fifth grade. It is not that bad right now, but it always goes up and down, and is just so painful and humiliating that sometimes I refuse to go to school. I’m starting Doxycycline Hyclate 100 MG. Please let me know if this works, and your experiences with it!! Thanks
