FOUNDATION IS COMING OFF AROUND MOUTH

So I did my makeup an hour ago, and since then I've been trying to fix my foundation around my mouth! It somehow came off and now a patch on the left & right side came off and it's so annoying! I tried putting more foundation to cover it but it made it worst. I used my finger and damp beauty sponge but it did NOT work!! I even used concealer but nope. Now my makeup isn't on point and I can't take A1 selfies because of this problem. I use the hydrating smashbox 15+ hour wear foundation also.
