Weather has been pretty decent. Cold yeah but that’s to be expected with it being winter and all... but of course weather swapped up LAST minute while I have the cakes (for a double layered cake) and so far 18 cupcakes (I have about 18 more to go) in the oven for a double birthday party for my kiddos 4th & 6th birthdays which are 8 days apart 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I’ve spent hours getting the house cleaned... countless time into getting everything and all last minute forgotten things.. handmade decorations (HUGE Pinterest mom)... onto baking the cake and cupcakes... granted I wouldn’t change doing any of that for the sake of making my babies happy but my heart literally hurts right now. The kiddos were SOOOOOOOOOOO excited to have family and friends over.... and now Mother Nature has to go and screw that up 😭😭😭
