Picture of nipples bc there’s something on it!

I’m sorry for the strict nipple pictures but today when I got inside after being outside I noticed my right nipple hurt a little... so while getting ready for bed I looked at it and there’s like a little thing on it idk if it’s a blister or like pimple or something but I’m worried. My left doesn’t have anything but a little bump bellow my nipple which I have had for as long as I can remember!

The photo where you can see a bracelet is my left... I’m just a little worried Iv never had anything like this..
