Stomache felt tight and hurt today multiple times. Anyone else having this? Is it Braxton Hicks?? What do you do for them?

I can't tell if it's Braxton hicks or baby just chillin in the front half of my belly. It doesn't hurt.... But especially around my belly button it feels very firm.
