Miracles happen!
Today, I went in for my check up US after some spotting and cramping a week ago or so that landed me in the ER. The doctor there told me they saw the sac, but nothing in it and I needed to brace myself for a miscarriage. I had labs done.. My hCG levels went from 7,000 to almost 14,000... But because it wasn't quite doubled, my OB, again, tried to prepare me for a miscarriage. 
But, today... Oh today... I got to see my little blueberry. They are in there! I got to see the little heart blip on the screen and listen to the strong heartbeat coming from this little miracle! 140bpm... I cried. I cried because I thought I could never have children.
I'm 27 years old and all I have ever wanted was a child of my own... And now, even though I'm not quite out of the woods yet, I am ecstatic! I have been emotional all day. (Which isn't anything new with all these stupid symptoms lol) but this is real. And I can't wait to meet them!
