desperately trying to conceive with one fallopian tube and boyfriend

hello world my name is Crystal I'm 32 I have a 10 year old and a 12 year old from my previous marriage of 10 years I'm officially divorced and have been dating my soulmate Jordon who is 27 and has 0 kids for 3 years. he love my kids of course but desperately wants a baby of his own so a year-and-a-half ago he paid for my tubal reversal surgery which was not guaranteed but fortunately they were able to save my right fallopian tube I found that out because I had my tubes flushed and the test show want the left was still ruptured and the right is intact, well right after I had them flushed I got pregnant then a week after my missed period I started, my doctor called it a chemical pregnancy to say the least Jordon was crushed... so we've been consistently trying ever since are miscarriage that happened last May and it's really tough because I know we only a small chance every month to get pregnant and then I only have one tube... so even though I can predict my ovulation I cannot predict which fallopian tube the egg will travel down so it's really frustrating but we're just going to keep trying
