make sure you wash your face every night and every morning with a good cleanser. do not forget to moisturize (even if you have oily skin). also if you have the money try and buy other skin care related things to stop breakouts on the spot whenever you get them

I had acne. A lot. I quit using soap. I use oil to clean my face. I steam with a warm rag. At night, I slather my face in avocado and/or coconut oil. I eat only organic, and vegan. Way less sugar. I only use foundation for special occasions.
