Not all of them but I have to admit a lot of things are unbalanced in society. I so often see on tv women openly expressing how attractive they find men and objectifying them but if it were the other way round all hell would break loose. I actually complained to Cosmopolitan about an article they ran called “why having sex with a fat guy is great” and it was all about how they’re grateful and willing to satisfy the woman more readily than a “fit” man would be. I can’t even imagine the backlash if that had been about having sex with a fat girl. There are loads of examples but they’re what jump to the forefront of my mind. Are you in the UK? We have a show here called Take Me Out where a guy comes down a lift and 30 single girls have podiums with lights on, and if they don’t find the guy attractive they turn their light off. Over a couple of lighthearted “getting to know him” rounds, the guy can choose a date with a girl who still has her light on. If it were 30 single guys turning off their lights based just on how a woman looked I don’t think the show would have been around long! I don’t think people would necessarily agree with everything in the picture but I think the message is fairly accurate.

the hitting and police one pisses me off because my brother was abused by his ex. she hit him gave him a black eye and i had to convince him to go to the police and make a report when he did the cop went over, she didnt let him and had to be convinced to open the door, and all she got was a ticket to appear in court a month later where nothing happened to her. a year later she accused my brother of hitting her no marks on her at all and he got arrested in front of his kids and taken to jail. had to go through a trail just to be found not guilty because his ex bf, the one who called the cops on him, ended up saying on the stand the stroy my brother told the whole time. he was holding both of his girls in his arms when they said he hit his ex. the bf let that one slip when testifying.
