31 weeks pregnant and loss of appetite. The past week ive not been very hungry at all and usually I feel full all day after eating just once. Is this normal?

Yes totally normal. Your uterus is pushing on your stomach making it feel full quickly. I’ve been losing my appetite since 28 weeks, almost 32 now. Same with my first pregnancy. Just eat what you can.

Time to start finding calorie dense foods. Take all of your normal "eat healthy" dieting advice, and turn it backward. Fruit generally doesn't fill as much, especially apples, melons, grapes, etc, that are mostly water.

I get full easily and hafta take longer to eat. Some days I’m just empty somehow and eat everything in sight. 😅 31 weeks...
