I've always wanted a baby. I am financially stable, have my own place, in a healthy relationship and we are ready for a child. There is only one problem. I'm gay. How does this work? I really don't want to spend thousands of dollars to have a doctor do it but then I don't want to have sex with someone. Thoughts?
