Intense dreaming

Omg ok I'm 10weeks and 4days and OMG I'm have the most intense dreams I mean they seem so real for example I was getting kicked repeatedly by a horse over and over breaking my face bones, my ribs, my femur bone in both thighs, my pelvic bone, and Its like I could feel the pain so well and for some strange reason I couldn't move I just stood there letting it happen...See what I mean weird scary nightmares  is anyone else having terrible dreams like me and it's almost every night of something scary like that?!! kinda scared to fall asleep at night!
