Constipation?!!!???!!!

What did you do for constipation?! I tried two doses of miralax in coffee for two days and NOTHING?! I've just
Got a  lot of gas! HELP !

Thanks I will try the water thing. Is apple sauce ok too? I had gastric bypass and can't eat apples. Idk why but Pouchy doesn't like them. Hasn't for months.

A lot of vegetables and fruits

What REALLY helped me was those baby carrots! No lie, an hour later...rushed to the bathroom!

My GP told me to stop taking my pregnancy vitamins because try contained iron and it made so constipated I was just screaming of pain. I stopped and had no issues afterwards and all my values dring the pregnancy (especially the iron values) were perfect.

I just stock up on fibre! Fruit and veg.. As much as you can, and I've been eating all bran for breakfast with some raisins in it and that has helped so much! Not the tastiest breakfast but it's worth it!

Stop having caffeine. Too much can cause constipation. Try just drinking a lot of water. And eat an apple. Sometimes I'm like this and this helps me. The way I measure how much water I should drink is 1/2 my body weight in ounces. Try it. I hope it helps.
