Working with severe anxiety?
I have severe anxiety and depression and am no longer medicated because I'm pregnant. I've babysat and been a nanny for many families before, but the only "real" job I've had is a part time retail job. It was absolutely horrible, my manager was very rude and passive aggressive and the hours were all over the place (6am-10am one day, 7pm-3am the next) and I was still in school so I often had to call out because the hours were ridiculous. Now that my fiancé is leaving for the army, I feel like I need to get a job to keep myself busy, but I don't know what. I'm terrified that I will have another bad experience, because now my anxiety is even worse. I feel like I need to be getting out of the house, so I don't think I should work from home. Any recommendations?
