Possibly Pregnant

I am 5 days late on my period and I took 2 pregnancy tests. One was positive and one was negative. I was really sick last month and I went to the doctors, I read through the doctors notes and they did a pregnancy test and it was also negative. When the doctor did the test it was about 2 in a half weeks prior to when my period should have started. I'm so confused, but I'm having all the pregnancy symptoms. My boobs hurt really bad, I have really bad headaches, cramps, nausea, super hungry, and I'm always stuffy. The thing is my periods are never on time but I feel like this is really late. What do you guys think?
