How many vaginal births can you have before things just aren’t the same down there!?

So yeah basically what it says.

I have had two births, vaginally, tears with both and stitches and my vagina went back to normal pretty quickly.

I’m now pregnant with my 3rd with a new partner and call me shallow but I’m scared after a 3rd vaginal birth it’s not going to go back to being the same intact I’m worried il have a loose vagina after this birth.
