Using my brothers name as a middle name?

My brother's name is Adam and I really admire my brother and I think it's nice for my child to have a good namesake and for my brother to also know how much he means to me. What do you think? Struggling for a first name but I like Adam for a middle name x

If my husband and I have a boy, we will be using my brother’s first name (Adam) has the baby’s middle name too. We are also having a hard time coming up with a first name that flows but I know we will think of something.

Honestly, if I have a girl, we find out in like under 5 1/2 hours she will be named after my little sister. Her name will be Everleigh Celeste-Mae. My sisters name is Zoe Maybelline-Celeste. I like the idea of giving a sentimental name to my child.

I'm using my sister and my husband's sisters names as my baby's middle name. we added them together to make Amylia (Amy + Lia)

We are doing that with my son except we are using my fathers first name as his middle name, Ronan Thomas. Not 100% sure yet if we will be sticking with Ronan as a first name, but that's our favorite so far. My dad is soo excited to be a grandpa he'll probably cry when he finds out our sons middle name is after him. I love sentimental names! xx

In my family we name after someone but usually just by the first letter. If your partner doesn’t like the full name Adam (even though it’s a great name!) you could always do an A name and it’s still a namesake :)

I love it! My husband’s brother and my brother are both named Austin, and if our little one is a boy, he’ll have Austin as his middle name! 😍
