Weight gain the loss?

So I am almost 19 weeks and I didn’t gain anything from the time I found out I was pregnant to 13 weeks. However, in the last six weeks I’ve gained about 8 pounds. I am overweight already, started the pregnancy at 226. I have not been eating as healthy as I should. I’m starting to freak out about the weight gain, so I am starting some much healthier habits. My question is, has anybody lost weight from eating healthy, starting in the second trimester? I’d love to get back to close to where I started as long as I can do it healthily. The doctor said I could go through the pregnancy without gaining any weight at all given but my start weight is. Of course I will talk to my doctor, but just wanted to see if anyone had any similar experience
