Nipple Wrinkle (There is a picture so you have been warned)

So I have a sort of puffy nipple (it’s not pointy it’s just soft) but when I touch my nipple, it gets all wrinkly and gross looking. My SO pointed it out to me (not in a mean way, more of a curious way) and I got really self conscious. He said he’s never seen a nipple like that. I’m wondering, if there are any ladies like me out there with the same thing. (I am not old ether, I’m 22)
