Stroller rain cover- is it worth buying?

It rains a lot in Seattle and we have a dog to walk! Just wondering if a rain cover would be helpful? If you say yes, do you have a recommendation? Thanks!

Yes! Our stroller comes with one that fits it perfectly and even has Window for the baby if they want their face exposed.
Check if your stroller make has a specific one that fits.

Yes!  And a jogging stroller will also sit higher off the ground so that the bottom of your stroller doesn't get as wet.   
 
You do not want a constantly wet stroller as the material will mold or mildew if not dried properly.  A rain cover can easily be stored, slipped on, and hang dried (or replaced once it gets worn out).  Strollers will be more expensive to replace hehehe

Do you already have a stroller? Ours came with a rain cover, so if you don’t already have your stroller you may not need to buy one if it comes with it. We have the Nuna Mixx2. We live in a relatively dry part of California so we haven’t used the rain cover yet, but I imagine it would be very useful in Seattle.
