fear of miscarriage again

Hey ladies, my husband and I have been trying to have children for about 4 years with fertility treatments. I got pregnant in 2016 and we lost the baby at 8 weeks. I took a test this morning after doing a round with letrozole/ Gonal F injections and it was positive, I'm waiting on bloodwork to come back and am terrified of losing this baby.. im cramping and spotting light pink which didn't happen last time i was pregnant. any advice on how not to worry? anything I can to to help this baby stick?
