I have been on a combination birth control pill for about 7 months now. On Friday the 12 I took my pill 9 hours late. the next day I took my pill regular time (9:45 am). that evening, I had unprotected and protected sex, but he did not finish in me. it has been 23 days since I had sex, and 5 days ago my period was supposed to come. I noticed no blood, but did have this strange yellow discharge in my underwear. thinking this was implantation bleeding, I took 2 tests. both have come up negative. pictures below is what is found in my underwear. part of me is thinking it is an infection, but I have no itching or burning when I pee or just in general. I need help figuring out if I'm pregnant, infected, or just losing my mind! thanks
