Coffee??

Anyone else have a cup of coffee a few times a week? I always feel a little guilty when i drink it, like it’s something that’s not ok.

just don't drink more than like 200mg of coffee, be sure you're getting great calcium and drink as much water as you do coffee. you'll be A-ok

I drink it regularly. But I also eat cold deli meat and sushi so 🤷🏽‍♀️

I have caffeine every single day. doctor approved! I wouldn't be able to make it if not!!

I have coffee almost once a day and believe it or not my doctor actually is the one who told me to either drink a cup of coffee or a cup of soda with my Tylenol due to my massive headaches I get!
