What vitex brand helped you conceive ? How fast did it take you to get you a period ? Do you believe it helps ? How many dosage would you take an do you eat before taking them ? Did you conceive off it how long did it take to conceive ? Was you taking the pill on your period ? Is there anything else you take to get a pfp? Think it can help fibroids ? Any positive stories ?

it's an all natural herb supplement that is supposed to help regulate hormones ovulation and your period. it's supposed to help aid in fertility for women who have PCOS or out of whack hormones and just generally women that have little/try CM all the time. look it up on Google it's very interesting read.
I started taking Vitex on January 21st,(for the very first time) 400 mg twice a day with and without food it doesn't really matter. It's recommended from what I have read online about vitex that 800-1000 mg is good. 19 days after starting I got my period an actual normal cycle (I have pcos so I don't have normal periods and I have to take progesterone to force myself to have a them). I took it throughout my period it helped ease PMS symptoms And I actually just finished AF today 2/16/18 and still am taking it twice a day. The fourth day I started vitex however I noticed I was getting a heavy amount of EWCM (I normally have very little or none at all) an that lasted for about 2 or 3 days. so now I'm waiting to see if I get the CM again to start tracking again.
