I haven't changed my diet at all and don't plan to do so. Pregnancy is not a sickness and as long as you employ common sense you can usually carry on as normal.

I was told you can't have cold cuts unless they are well heated and you have to limit your intake of certain seafood because of mercury. Otherwise I guess do what makes you happy? I know I'm going to make an effort to eat healthier. I was starting a diet before I found out.
