Cramping before BFP

So I usually cramp for about a week and a half leading up to AF but this month I cramped a tiny bit on 7DPO now nothing. AF is due Thursday or Friday so the cramping could start up again but I guess I'm just hopeful. Has this happened to anyone that got their BFP that month??
