Irritable uterus??

Anyone suffer with irritable uterus mine got diagnosed last night at 30+5 how do you deal with it etc?

What would be the difference in this and Braxton hicks? Ugh I'm 33 weeks and I've been having a lot of tightening within the last hour that I've assumed is Braxton hicks. I was outside a lot today and have been drinking a lot of water but my stomach is still getting really tight feeling every 10ish minutes

I was diagnosed with this during my last pregnancy. Was out on bed rest as they worried after a number of times with contractions that I would go into labour early. Started at 27 weeks with my first. Rest, frequently emptying my bladder and staying well hydrated were the most important thing for keeping the contractions at bay. Thankfully with pregnancy #2 I've had far less issues with this and haven't had to go on bed rest!

Yes, I have multiple contractions showing on the monitor close together so they defined it as irritable uterus (I'm at full term uterus wise with twins so it's ready to push the babes out). The twins show some decelerations on the monitors as well if I'm sitting upright too long - so I avoid that. I've been remaining in a "side lounge" position on the couch & drinking water & eating healthy. The more sleep I get the better it is too.

I get alot of very regular tightenings they go off if i lay doen or have a bath etc they dont know why its started

I just got told this on Monday, I went into the hospital because I was cramping irregularly for 4 hours. Not in labour and they've no idea what's causing it. So they just said I've got an irritated uterus. I've had this week off work to rest and the cramps still come. I've just been deep breathing and practicing my yoga to help stretch it all out and get through them. Also I've just started having Braxton hicks to which feel weird.
