Sunscreen for babies?

My husband and I are pale. Like REALLY REALLY pale and I’m currently pregnant with a little girl due middle of summer, and we live in a place with a lot of sun and extremely hot summers, now obviously I’m not going to have my new born out in the direct sun but what are some good things to use to protect her skin when she’s born? And ways to protect her but also keep her cool???  Any advice or tips you have would be helpful:) I’m starting my registry soon and starting to slowly build up my supply of baby things so I want to get ideas of good things to buy

You just have to keep her covered, and in a cool area. You cant use sunscreen until after 6-12 months if i remember correctly

Hats and bonnets, use a car seat cover or screen, or one of those car seat canopies, make sure baby has enough shade, use sunscreen once she gets old enough, have a cool towel or a spray bottle of water to mist her head and her neck, and hair. Face baby away from the sun when she's in her car seat. In the summer, she can wear lose clothing, like tank tops and shorts. You can carry a portable handheld fan to keep her cool too. You also wanna make sure she has plenty of fluids. (Formula and or breast milk until she's old enough to have water and/or juice and popsicles)

I asked a similar question before my son was born and I got torn apart about not putting sunscreen on a baby 😳
You’re not supposed to use the sunscreen on them until 6 months. My son was born in July in Michigan so it was pretty hot and sunny.  We went for walks almost every day and I would just make sure to close the visor things (not sure what it’s called) on his stroller so he wasn’t in the direct sun. He never overheated because he was shaded and if worked out fine.

We had lots of shading devices (hats, umbrellas, covers for strollers, and a fan lol that's just optional as I live in fl). when she could finally wear sunscreen at 6 months we went with babyganics. all organic and super strong! I even use it and nothing works for me normally.

Avon Skinsosoft is sunscreen and mosquito repellent, my allergist recommended it because almost everything makes my son’s sensitive skin break out.

You're not supposed to put sunscreen on a newborn. You can purchase UV resistant clothing. That's what I did for my son last year.

We like the babyganics sunblock. 
Other than that our daughter would wear a little sun hat and stayed in the shade when outside. We also didn’t go outside during the suns harshest hours. For clothing we stuck with a lot of linen when she was outdoors
