No period cramps!

Okay ladies it’s 6 days till af is due. I have endometriosis and usually I would have a lot of pain through out my entire cycle whether I’m ovulation or not or bleeding or not. I had my iud out the first week of January and had a really heavy bleed with tons of clots. Since then I have had no pain at all! Normally i have so much pain and with af due in 6 days I would usually have a lot of cramping but still nothing! I also have a lot of cm even tho I’m 7 dpo! I’m also sleeping 12 hours a night and still so tired! Could these be pregnancy symptoms or am I just reading too much into things?
