Why do I still have sore boobs and I'm on my second week of Birth Control pills?!

I don't know what's going on at all! Last month I wouldn't get to my doctor because he was gone on vacation. Now I'm in a committed relationship since 3 years so I did have unprotected sex! I ended my last pack in April! Got my period a few days later on the 16-22! After that I had unprotected sex every second day till May 2nd(May 2nd Cycle Day 16) without BC my cycle is usually 35 days. In May I got my period on Cycle Day 34 and it lasted 6 days and I think it was normal. It got really light after but in the beginning was heavy! I've been naseous throughout the day and really sore breasts and nipples.. Once I got my period in May I started birth control again and I'm now on pill #9! I had tender boobs only before my period that gradually went away after but nothing like this..
