Worms in my arms!?

i had this dream a few nights ago where i was in math class and my arms were super itchy and i itches them to the point where they were red. after awhile my arms started to scab up and those were itchy too!! so i picked at them with no remorse (in my head i was thinking stop!! but my hands wouldn’t, it was weird) anyways, i picked a circle-like scab off and out popped a worm!! it was brown and it tickled when it came out (i had to pull it out a little) and this started happening all over my arms!! so again, i’m in math class, my teacher is looking at me like i’m insane but he won’t help me and all of my friends are freaking out with me, but they have no idea what to do. and then i started crying and the dream ended. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?!?!
