Irregular periods and want to try Blackmores concieve well Gold pills

My cycle's is irregular normally 62 days and now I started on cycle day 48. i want to concieve baby 2 soon and with irregular periods it's much harder to track Ovulation and if I even Ovulate with my cycles these days. When can I start taking Blackmores concieve well Gold pills Hubby bought me a 1 month pack and Now that I started my period today not sure when to start taking it? can I start now or wait till after period? anyone else used this and know if it's okay to take during period or not.
