Toddler predicts pregnancy?

So I don’t even know when I’m due for my period but I’ve been nauseous all day! My toddler (2 year old) keeps coming up to me saying baby baby and holding my tummy. I stopped exercising and dieting last week so maybe thatsit. We aren’t actively TTC. He’s this happened to anyone and the toddler was right?

Well when I was around 4 months pregnant I still didn’t tell my coworkers. I was pretty petite (5”3 98 pounds) and Although I started to show I wore a really loose dress so nobody knew.  (Fyi- I was a flight attendant). I was sitting in my jump-seat and this woman and her 2 year old walks to the back. His mom was just chatting with the other flight attendant and the little boy started trying to touch my belly. He had this huge smile.... I stood up and he was still reaching for my belly....then he started rubbing his feet on my shoe. It was so awkward, and I was like what is up with this kid and why is his mom just standing there 😅??? Then his mom started laughing. I politely asked her to take her son back to his seat because he can’t be back here. When I got to my hotel I called my mom and told her and she was like “ oh you didn’t know toddlers can sense these things?” I believe it now. He certainly wasn’t following the other Flight attendant next to me and she just thought he was flirting. 😂
