Chasteberry vitex?

I just purchased some vitex today. Has anyone tried this? If so, any changes or improvement?

I started using chasteberry my previous cycle. I was told by my naturopath to take it from day 15 until I got AF. Even just taking it for the first time, I had next to no cramps when my AF arrived (which usually I would be crying and paralyzed by pain). I was recommended it to help ease the pain during mentruation as well as to help my progesterone levels raise during my luteal phase. So far so good! No side effects and works wonders.

I'm using it in fertility blend. my cycle was all over the place but it straightened me out the first month. be careful though if you already have a normal cycle, a lot of women say it messed it.

I have tried vitex. It just wasn't enough for me so the dr started me on progesterone. I felt a lot better. Good luck. I hope it helps you :)
