1st trimester- Constipation or Constantly going to the bathroom?

Everyone loves a lil bathroom talk first thing in the morning right?🙋🏼‍♀️
Anyway, I just wanted to know do most of you in the First Trimester find you were constipated or had to go to the bathroom
Quite a bit?

I personally have diarrhea instead of constipation. It’s even worse than having the period poops but I have to remember I’m blessed to even be pregnant 😂😂
