Hormonal birth control
Hey ladies, I have been on hormonal birth control (pill form) for the past 8 years and I really want to go off of it and use FAM instead. I went on the pill when I was 15 to control my acne, and have stayed on it to prevent pregnancy. Now I am afraid that if I go off the pill my acne will come back, along with other unwanted side effects. Do any of you have any experiences going off the pill? Any tips or insight for me? Thanks you!
