What do you ladies see ???! ✨✨✨

So I got active after ovulation time according to my app so I didn’t think I had a chance. This morning I started feeling nauseous so I took a test and I believe I see a faint line. AF is due today and still no signs of it. What do you ladies think ? Could I have conceived late maybe that’s why it’s faint ? Let me know what you think.
