Who has birthed twins naturally?

I am specifically asking for natural birth because this is what I know but what I don't know is birthing two babies naturally, that's a different ball game. My doctor keeps throwing the c-section idea around but given my history of uncomplicated natural births and combine it with my twins positioning and both head down I won't do it unless our lives are in danger. I delivered my third child with no pain meds and it was awful but I'm gonna do it again well two more times God willing so I just want to hear some of your stories to give me a little perspective.
