Need some advice please

So my bf and I have had sex several times using condoms and every time he says he can't feel anything. I'm not in BC so I don't want to have unprotected sex. Is there anything I can do to make sex more pleasurable for him? (Specifically vaginal intercourse but if you have any other advice I'll take it gladly).
