Has anyone on here had an ectopic pregnancy? If so what were your symptoms, I have dull pain in my right side, nothing crazy & 11dpo with a positive at home test. I’m so nervous

I was having dull pain on my right side, and on the right side of my lower back.. my hcg also wasn't rising normally. It was rising, just slowly. I started bleeding eventually and the doctor was following my levels with blood draws every 2 days. Finally the hcg leveled out and stopped rising. That's when they called me into the office for the methotrexate injection.
