Need some thoughts on jiu jitsu and TTC
So I take jiu jitsu classes for self defense. I partially stopped when we started ttc because well I was afraid something would happen. It’s a structured class so we aren’t rolling necessarily. It’s still the learn the moves part. I really want to continue because it’s been 3 months now of no BFP and no jiu jitsu. I would stop if I got a positive. I don’t like basically stopping living my life to only be disappointed that yet another month of no you’re not pregnant and could have done this. But do you think it’s still ok to go about it in the tww time frame and not cause issues? Like I said very structured class. I guess I’m more concerned when in the movement of trying it to shrimp out you have to put your foot on someone’s hip/belly area. Generally I was used for the intro part as well.
