How long did it take for you guys to get your period again?

I had a medical miscarriage (baby had died but natural wasn’t happening so had pills to help it along) exactly a month today. I stopped bleeding a day later then had spotting for a couple of days. I’ve had nothing since.

I did a pink dye test this morning which had a vvfl. I had a negative one 2 Ish weeks ago. Took a digital test early evening which was negative. I know it’s all too early but I was always so so regular with my periods. Feeling so lost...
