Ideas? Soy-free, wheat-free?
My family can't have tofu, or soymilk, or wheat. What to do about meat-like foods to make (I don't really do much processed/packaged) for my family? I make great stuff, but some things we did before, like Seitan, we now can't. Ideas? Please.
