Rude neighbors

I’m so angry!! I’m 8 months pregnant & can’t even take a nap or get a good nights sleep because the ppl in the apartment above ours play loud music & has their tv loud all night. It’s my bf & I apartment but I’m not on the lease because My credit isn’t the required score so I can’t call the rental office & complain. I always tell him too & he doesn’t do it mainly because I guess it doesn’t affect him as much. He works a lot & can sleep through noise so he doesn’t feel as strongly about this as I do. I just hate selfish ppl like omfg if u want to be this loud move into a fucking house
