How soon after ovulation

Should you test for pregnancy, I don't wanna test to early, I been fatigued these last few days, appetite is less and I feel like I get this sick feeling in the morning I been I'm taking metformin for two months now, since I been ttc for about 6 months, I was told by my gynecologist I have pcos that's the reason I take the metformin,good tips to help me conceive? Any success stories from someone in a similar position?
