Ready to go to the doctor 😩

I'm 5 weeks and 1 day Still constipated still having light cramps from time to time. Also my back aches that's why I sleep on my stomach at night until I just can't no more and I haven't had any symptoms so far which I had none at all even with my first pregnancy but headaches pelvic pain and back aches and of coarse hungry all the time. Is anyone experiencing what I'm going through??
