HCG Levels
Ugh so frustrated! Called to check on my blood work earlier the first nurse I talked to was so nice! And told me my HCG levels had gone from 80 to 170 in 34 hours and that was a great sign but since they were done at two labs to come back tomorrow just to make sure. 6 hours later a nurse calls that didn't realize I already had my results and was using terms like "if it's viable it'll double in 48 hours" I don't think she knew what was going on and that this was my second draw and it had doubled! I know it appears that I'm way earlier than I thought but I have PCOS so who knows when I really ovulated! She has me so worried and I don't know if I'm just being sensitive because of hormones but shouldn't things have been more positive considering based on the existing labs they would been close to tripling in 48 hours?
