Pregnancy???? Or just Side effects?

Okay so I’ve been taking my birth control for about 4 months now because I have endometriosis and without it my periods are like being stabbed to death...so the first month of BC I have weird moods and my boobs hurt and like normal stuff that happens to your body adjusting to the hormones anyway after the first month the second and third were a breeze no mood swings really and my boobs never hurt and I was good the second month I only bleed for 3 days and it was light (same as 1st month)...the third month I only bleed for 1 day and it was very dark, light spotting...so not I’m in the middle of my 4 month (4th pack) and my boobs have been hurting the past 4 going on 5 days and I’m mood and I cried the other night over nothing for a very long ass time (take it I don’t do that! Unless I’m in pain lol) so I took a pregnancy test thinking maybe that “period was actually implantation bleeding) and it came out negative that was 2 days ago but my boobs still hurt and today they feel very heavy and full (granted I’m a D cup so they already big) but to me they feel really different and firm anyway what do you lady’s think? Am I just going crazy or should I definitely retest...or should I just go back to my doctor...
