Tampon Or Pad? 🧐🤔🤔

Question

Since I’m a rookie at this period thing, I want to know which product to use. If you use something besides a tampon or a pad, please comment what you use.

If you are new to it all, pads are much easier to deal with. Tampons are more convenient in the long run but I was unsure about using them for several years. I do mainly use a menstrual cup now (Softcup) which lets me go longer than a tampon but still as comfortable and secure.

I use both. Pad at night and sometimes a pad with a tampon depending on how heavy my period is. But during the day I use a tampon :) It didn't take me long to get use to tampons plus they're comfortable. You won't even know it's there you just gotta remember to change it 😊

Diva cup! It’s the best thing I’ve ever used! I have a very irregular flow and a busy and physically active life style and I’ve never leaked! I used to be so paranoid about my tampon not being enough and they are getting so expensive! I hated wearing pads it feels like I’m wearing a diaper and I think everyone can see it (even though they can’t) so it just wasn’t an option. I can’t feel my diva cup when it’s in, I can have it in for up to 10-12 hours and not worry about leakage, and I’m saving money (and the planet)!
